  1. Is there a new law for the permanent resident who got deported for life and the only way to return is to ask pardon to the president or to the governor. My wife and my three children are all US citizen they were all born in USA.I’am a permanent resident for almost 16 years.I got deported 2007 and staying in batangas for 6 years. My 3 kids ages 16, 15,and 12 stayed with me for 3 years. They went back to USA last april 2012 to be with thier mom also.My wife she is on hardship being a single mom.I can’t find a job here that’s why it’s better for them to stay with thier mom.Is there any chances for me to return to USA to be with my family again and help my family. My wife dont have any time to ask for pardon to the governor of california because she has to work 16 hours a day with no day off just to pay the bills and rent for the house. She need help now.We are willing to hire a lawyer for this matter. My 2 brother and 3 sister are all US citizen.
