USCIS receipted 30,640 H-2B petitions

As of 7/23/10, USCIS receipted 30,640 H-2B petitions, including approved and pending, toward the 47,000 beneficiaries target for the 2nd half of FY 2010. Beneficiaries target is the estimated number of petitions needed to reach the cap and is higher than the actual cap.

USCIS has naturalized 196 military members and spouses in South Korea

USCIS announcement that 55 noncitizen members of the U.S. military and 17 military spouses were naturalized in South Korea. USCIS has naturalized 196 military members in South Korea, the most since the inception of the overseas naturalization program in 2004.

9,000 become U.S. Citizens as part of Constitution Day and Citizenship Day

New US Citizenship & Immigration Data Repository (CIDR)
