I don’t have any Status and I said Don’t Deport me because I am Going to India for Voluntary Departure myself and immigration Judge gave me 120 Days. I am Ready to go back before 120 Days. I have follows the USA Rules and Regulation. How Can I get my immigration Bond Back and what the procedure please Help. If somebody come to India US citizen and she marry with me Can I come back USA.
