ICE announces that Secure Communities is now activated in Caddo and St. Tammany parishes in LA

ICE press release announcing that Secure Communities is now activated in Caddo and St. Tammany parishes in LA. With the expansion of biometric information sharing capabilities to these two parishes, ICE is now using Secure Communities in seven Louisiana jurisdictions
