Over the years, it has become more difficult to get the K-1 Visa in Thailand. However, if the K1 package shows that there is a bona fide and real relationship, there will be a better chance of success. The Fiancee Visa Petition should be supplement with cards, emails, telephone logs, declarations and other items to show that it is not simply being applied for to get the Green Card.
