USCIS has suspended the requirement that H-1B, H-1B1, L, O-1A petitioners complete the export controls/ITAR questions on the I-129 form until February 20, 2011.

DHS draft Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, posted on reginfo.gov website. The revised form is scheduled for release in the Federal Register on 11/23/10. The form and instructions should not be used until officially released by USCIS
