So does this involve people that’s been deported due to coming across the border illegally my boyfriend at the time was in Atlanta Georgia and he was in jail for a misdemeanor immigration came in question him when he asked would I be deported they said they didn’t know eventually he was deported in August of last year and is now back in his country I joined him and stayed for 7 months in his country and married him we have been together a total of 6 years my question is what is the process for him to become legal because now I’m living in Los Angeles with no family and no friends to assist me and all I have is my husband that is in his country Acapulco what do I have to do to start his paperwork and he was restricted to come back for 10 years. Thank you so much my name is Lala
