I dont understand-what is Petition For Alien Relatives Overseas-siblings?
I am USA Citizen, Iam residence of Texas States for 7 years, due of overseas station family active military, now finally stays in one place, spouse is 30 years in service USAF-now retired. Am i still can immigrate my brother & sister?
