I also would like to add that my father already passed away before I even made it here in the states. I have been directed to your blog thru your helpful and very informative videos on humanitarian reinstatement.
I am a Filipino and on asylum status, and it’s only of late that I found out my U.S. citizen father made a petition on my behalf. Sad to say I asked for the FOI documents and it states it got denied for lack of evidence that I am his son. Is there still a way for me to reopen the case? In my heart I know this is the only way I can stay in the states for asylum cases are very hard to win. Thank you very much and God bless you and your family Sir.
