Hi Brain
How about someone convicted on fraud and given non violent aggravated felon then deported with the insinuation of terrorism but not mentioned on charges charges chances to come back to USA. That person have wife and six kids whom all US Citizens who suffered very hard due to his deportation. He is away from state since deportation is more than 8 years ago.
The question is does can he see any hope/ light at the end of the tunnel to reunite with his family as per Obama immigration executive order
