http://ow.ly/wKKwR In response to a question posed at the April 10, 2014 AILA liaison meeting with ICE, the ICE Office of the Principal Legal Advisor announced that it will agree to join a motion to reopen in situations where there is newly-available relief and the respondent entered into a lawful, bona fide marriage with an individual of the same sex, after having been ordered removed.
