romeo , didnt complete his 5 years residency in u s , he had a green card , before . . he went back home to Philippines , AND NEVER RETURN in U S . . He is mentally ill , when he still in U S .
he is now in a HOMECARE in MANDALUYONG PHILIPPINES
His WIFE a Filipina , a U S CITIZEN , Is now applying for Romeo”s SSA DEPENDENT COMPENSATION . .
Is that appealable case , since Romeo didnt have the 5 yrs residency in U S ,
can you handle this case ?
