Prosecutorial Discretion granted for a family of 3; father, mother and daughter. Parents had applied for cancellation of removal for non Lawful Permanent Residents, but they did not have a very strong case. Daughter also applied but did not have a qualifying relative, so she needed one of her parents to be granted.

My mother is a greencard holder, 5 years stay in 2 months and my sister is a US Citizen. I’m 56 years of age, single and overstayed my tourist visa, since 1993. I help take care of my mother. What are my choices to legally adjust my overstaying status ? What’s this new proposal to reform the immigration can do to help me ? I don’t have a job right now, so if it’s possible to give me any ballpark figures to what ever it may cost me, accordingly. Thank you.
