At the same time I also got another letter saying that the case has been reopened. what does it mean when the case is being ‘reopened’ especially after being approved? I’m very nervous! any idea please? what triggered them to reopen the case after being approved? Do you know..? thanks, Sarah

   Fiancee Petition
   A Fiancée Petition needs to be prepared. This is a petition that will allow your fiancée to come to the U.S. in a relatively short period of time. Usually, it takes around 6 to 9 months for the petition to be approved at immigration in the United States. Subsequently, the approval would be sent to the U.S. Consulate or Embassy in your fiancée’s home country. When your fiancée comes to the U.S., you will have ninety days to get married. Our firm can prepare the entire Fiancée Petition and make it so it goes smoothly and correctly. You have to have physically seen your Fiancée in the last two years.

   My wife NATURLAISED OF usa living in USA from last 20 years with her family had submitt my documents in USA embassy on 22nd July 2012 and right away we get submission report from embassy with receipt number and after that my online status was showing (Initial Riview activity ) during this peroid till now i were not called for any interview or appointment or for any evidance type of thing from embassy. but now before 5 days we got a letter from USA embassy which is I-797, Notice of Action with the subject line THE PETITION HAS BEEN APPROVED.
   and i have to wait for next 30 days to get appointment letter from NVC in pakistan.

   > i m not called for any interview before this.
   > i dont know still my Medical examination intimation from NVC

   Please tell me about my next process and how much time embassy will take to issue visa.
