After filing the petition, how long before getting the receipt notice?

   I was file I-90 form on novermber 2011 and I did not receive my mew green card. so I fill I-90 form. I am recieve SSI income I can not afford any fee. what should I do, if paid for fee. how much I pay for fee.

   I sent my application several times it was sent back to me. On the Ihe I-797 Rejection Notice, I was asked to resubmit it with the I-797 C and they didn’t send it to me. Please, could you let me know how to get it?

   Only the I-797C Form I am waiting for resubmitting the Application. May God bless you.
