   heyy soo about a month ago i sent the application to replace my green card because i lost mine,,they did not send me the receive and they did not call me soo i called the immigration they told me they did not received it what should i do??

   Hello sir/mem I came from india last year but i still not get my green card. Then i called to the immigration customer service and they told me they lost my package so filed I-90 form and they told me there is no filing fee with this form.Then i filed I-90 form and they send me I-797 notice of action.
   My I-90 form status is
   1.My status is
   A. Permanent Resident
   2.Reason for application
   B.My previous card was issued but never received.

   Then immigration office send me a letter that your application for I-90
   was wrong. Then i go to the immigration office Atlanta,Ga and they take my finger print, I-90 form , birth-certificate, photo ID, passport photo, my passport copy,driving licence copy, social security.But they did not take any fee for I-90.
   Now after 25 days i get a new package from immigration office Phoenix,AZ and in package they send me back my all document which i submitted to the immigration office Atlanta,Ga. And i also got I-797C, Notice of Action as Rejection Notice. They reject my application for I-90 because i not paid any fee for this form .But they customer service told me that there is no filing fee with your I-90 form because your application is My previous card was issued but never received.
   So what i do with this package.
   Please reply me…

   My green card got lost in the mail, so I went to the website show above here (www.inmigrationdirect.com) pay $149 send it and my application was revoke I have know to do it all again. Im not only was “scam” but all I did was waist my time… NOT Happy At all!!!
