We filed the I 90 form for my husband to renew his green card. It was rejected stating the reason for application in part two there should be only one box should be checked. There is only one box checked. So we don’t understand what exactly they are talking about, or what to do from here.
The receipt number is IOE0900537595….we really need help. His sister is ill and he would like to get to see her
