Acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker announced that in light of the lapse in appropriations, he is suspending the briefing schedules for Matter of Castillo-Perez and Matter of L–E–A–, two cases that he referred to himself for review. New briefing schedules will be set when DOJ and DHS receive funding permitting them to resume normal operations. In both cases, under the new briefing schedules, briefs from amici will be due no earlier than February 1, 2019.

A man who entered the U.S. legal once and the second time illegal, worked for 20 years, has 4 U.S. Citizen children are left with his sister-in-law,,now she’s left with 6 kids to support ;2 are her own.The kid’s mom died in 2012 in a car accident and their dad is the sole supporter of the kids. He originally had to leave cause of 3 DUI’s in Wisconsin which why ICE was alerted in the first place. The 2nd boy dropped out of school, the 2 youngest are 14 and 8 years old. He is from Mexico, his other brother who lives in the same town got his green card from his wife who holds a green card. They are from San Luis Potosi, Los Cerritos, Mexico. Not sure if their parents or grandparents have any rights in the U.S.but would like to see. If he was to marry a Citizen of the U.S from outside the States, would he have to wait 2 years before coming back to his wife and kids? What are his options? He had hired a lawyer to represent him, but he does other cases besides Immigration and he has his own firm, no one else. I need an Immigration Lawyer who does ONLY immigration like yourself who knows the ins-and-outs, but I need your pricing please. I need to know if he marries me, what are the processes and what needs to be done to be Bonafide besides being in Love and accounts in common?
