Hello Mr. Lerner, I have an approved I-130 petition from 1993 that my mother filed for me, I am the principal beneficiary. But in 1994 I was cought at the border, and in 2008 I was given voluntary departure I’m in the USA. Do I have any hope for the law 245i?thank you . Have a great day.
