hello my name is sam im a usa citizen and i married a haitian woman who came on a b2 visa which has neen expired and shes been in the us ever since .so i filed the i-130 form by itself because of finacial situations i couldnt pay for the whole package so they send me a respond saying its been approved but she isnt eligible to adjust status nd the send her info to the NVC and i called them they said we gotta paya fee then she will have to go to haiti for the interview but i dotn want her to travel there because after the earthquake its a mess over there so i want us to do here in the US. i was wondering if i should go ahead and file I-485 and I765 package now ? because im afraid of being denied or rejected and loose all this money but i as born here
